Our Movement Practices are designed to enhance mobility, improve body awareness, and support overall physical well-being through mindful movement and guided exercises. Combining traditional practices such as Qigong with rehabilitation-focused training, these sessions help cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and energy flow.

Qigong Session (Individual or Group)

Traditional movement and breathwork to cultivate energy and mobility.

Neurotraining Group Session (Group)

Rebuild function together, step by step through movement-based rehabilitation for posture, mobility, spinal health, and integration.
